At Palace Beauty College, our mission is to offer students industry training knowledge, andW technical skills necessary to pass the California State Barbering and Cosmetology examination. We are committed to provide quality cosmetology career programs that meet the needs of employer's expectations in today's changing business environment. We are also committed to prepare students for entry-level employment in the beauty industry.

Welcome to Palace Beauty College. We are comfortably located in one of the most densely populated and ethnically diverse areas in Los Angeles. This catalog is intended to provide you with information about us and the programs we offer. We also hope to bring you through new doors of opportunity as you enter the world of Beauty and Cosmetology.

History of Palace Beauty College
Palace Beauty College began in April of 2002 as a fulfillment of Doug Cho's dream to see a Beauty School located in the greater Los Angeles area that would focus the curriculum on the high demand for beauty/cosmetology skills. This college provides vocational training programs that would supply training to graduates needing cosmetology/beauty skills to work in the local business community. His vision shows a school with modern equipment and facilities, which simulates an actual salon.

Disclosure Statement
Palace Beauty College is located at 1517 South Western Avenue, Los Angeles, California. It is approved by the Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education pursuant to California Education code Section 94311. The Bureau's approval certifies that the institution and its operation comply with the minimum standards established under the law for occupational instruction by private post secondary educational institutions. Institutional approval must be applied for every three years and is subject to continuing review. Palace Beauty College is licensed to provide training in the following programs:

Cosmetology - 1600 Clock Hours
Manicurist - 400 Clock Hours
Esthetician - 600 Clock Hours
Teacher Trainee - 600 Clock Hours
